I have found 2 wonderful wallpaper tables and have repurposed them into fabulous console tables. This is a great way to show off your lamps and accessories. Another great use is to use it as a buffet. It folds up for storage if not in use but serves as a great place to serve food when needed. Just add a burlap or linen runner, a bread/dough bowl for utensils, and some candles for accents.

I have a passion for giving new life to old pieces...to take something old, broken, and dirty and make it become the focal point to any room. You will find many pictures and posts showing before and after photos. I will offer great ideas for your home to reinvent existing pieces without breaking the bank. You will find I shy away from shabby painted pieces, that I choose to strip and refinish. I prefer to alter the world of "painting" fine furniture to taking the hard but rewarding way of restoring pieces. I love to see the lines of upholstered furniture... to look past the wear and tear & dated fabrics to imagine a rich velvet or Belgium linen gracing the curves of the frame.
